Father’s House Christian Church is a family, not a building. Whoever you are and whatever you carry, there is a seat at this table with your name on it.
In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? John 14:2
Sunday gatherings
Two services every Sunday in English and French. Come as you are, bring the family, and stay for tea afterwards.
Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel. Psalm 22:3
Before and after
Look at where this house began and where grace has carried it. Then look at the lives. That is the real building project.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away, behold, the new has come. 2 Corinthians 5:17
The word taught plainly
We teach the Bible verse by verse and expect it to change how we work, love, spend, forgive and raise our children.
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3:16

Welcome to FHCC
We are an ordinary family of believers learning to live like people who have been forgiven. On Sunday you will find loud worship, plain Bible teaching, and a lot of people who will remember your name by the second visit.
Father’s House began with a handful of people praying in a small room. It is now a congregation that gathers in two languages, serves the neighbourhood through the week, and sends people out. Nothing about that came from talent. It came from mercy.
Behold what manner of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God.1 John 3:1

Provisional vision and mission
These statements are a working draft prepared for review by the leadership of Father’s House Christian Church. The wording is meant to be argued with, prayed over and then adopted.
To be a Father’s house for this city: a family where the lost are found, the broken are restored, and every believer is equipped to carry the presence of God into the nations.
And I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty.2 Corinthians 6:18
We pursue that vision through five plain commitments.

A word from the house
Apostle Innocent serves as the lead minister of Father’s House Christian Church. His burden is simple and he repeats it often: the church is a family before it is an organisation, and a father’s house must have room, correction, bread and safety in it.
He gives himself to three things: teaching the Scriptures without dilution, raising leaders who can carry weight, and keeping the door of this house open to people the world has written off.

The three accounts below are placeholder copy written for this concept. Real testimonies will replace them once members have given written consent.
I came into this house angry and broke, sitting at the back so nobody would talk to me. Somebody talked to me anyway. Two years later I lead a small group.
Our marriage was finished on paper. The counselling here did not flatter us, it told us the truth. We are still together and our children have their home back.
I arrived in this city with no papers and no French speakers in my life. The Sunday second service felt like the first familiar thing I had heard in months.
